  • Received the wrong product

1. Email us at shop@regenosis.com with photo of the defective item/ wrong product received.
2. Once request assessed, we will get in touch with you as soon to make necessary arrangement for exchange

Return Procedure
1. Email us at shop@regenosis.com
2. Once order verified, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions from us. Refunds will not be issued without an RMA number. Credit will not be given for S&H (Shipping & Handling), incomplete items or for items without a valid Return Authorization Number.
3. Rejuvant products returned must include this packing slip, or a copy of both side of this packing slip. Write the RMA number on the front of this form and on the outside of the box.
4. Keep the shipping receipt and make sure you use the proper amount of postage on the package. We are not responsible for lost packages, or those returned to sender due to insufficient postage.
5. Do not send the package C.O.D. as it will not be accepted.
6. We encourage you to protect yourself by insuring the return shipment with a tracking number.
7. After we receive your package, please allow us up to two weeks to process your return. After receipt, all returns will be credited in SG dollars to the original form of payment.

*All returned item should be sent with their original packaging
*Shipping fee will be incurred from buyer's end
